I really wanted a few 6 months ago.
Now I feel like I’ll wait 6 more months and they’ll be $15. 6 months ago I’d have paid $24 a piece. Now I’m over it. |
|
|
I ordered 3. I will give them a try.

|
OOS from magpul. Maybe they’ll have them in time for Christmas.

Dealers will begin getting them in stock starting today over the next couple days. |

Which Lancer AR mag do you prefer, smoke, clear, other? Maybe it doesn't make any difference really.

Clear is my number 1 choice, followed by translucent OD then translucent orange. The rest are just for collecting. Otherwise I couldn't care less about the other colors.

FYI, it appears they are still in stock at Brownells.
It showed they were out of stock, but when you actually clicked on the item, it allowed me to add it to cart, so I ordered some. |

Snagged a couple more for my friends that are busy.

I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me and say "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals.

I have two cases of "old" PMAGs boxes up.
If I buy one of these, it'll be for shits 'n giggles. |

Are these difficult to insert on a closed bolt (fully loaded, 30 rounds) for anyone else? I have to insert and then smack the bottom to get it to seat just like a USGI mag. It seems like these don't have the additional slack that PMAGs do to make it easier to insert with the bolt closed.

Anyone try a TTI extension on theirs yet? Mine arrive at my house today, but I am out of town.

They look cool, curious to see how they hold up, sides are super slippery, at least they put ribs on front and spine. And they’re definitely more green than I expected

Just barely. It's super tight. I left it loaded over night and the spring set just enough for the magazine to seat with an aggressive push now rather than having to slap the bottom. |
