Maybe someone can help me here. I see no advantage to the Magpul CTR buttstock over the 6 position M4 buttstock, other than it says Magpul on it. I have ordered/received a CTR and prefer the stock 6 position M4 buttstock. Anyone?

so, whats the problem?
if you prefer the M4 stock, then stick w/ it and dump the CTR, and vice versa
everyone is diff and has diff choices, tastes/preferences, YMMV
FWIW: i prefer my CTRs over the M4s b/c they do lock up tight

it has sex appeal!!!
and a qd swivel location for a sling,and a friction lock, and a rubber butt pad (mine does)
i like the solid lock up. not necessary i know, but i like it just the same.
if you don't like the ctr just sell it on the ee. you won't be out much
