| Has anyone recently ordered anything from Magpul??? Like, direct from their site? I ordered some rail covers on Sunday and here it is Thursday night and nothing has shipped. I even emailed them this morning and no one got back to me. Has anyone else had similar experiences with Magpul? I expected more from them than this... |

I recieved the wrong size buttstock from them (commercal instead of mil-spec). They packed it in the wrong box. I called to talk to them about getting it switched out, but some chick gave me the run around saying they wouldn't have any for months. I called PK, who I bought it from and they will be shipping me the mil-spec one in 6 days when they get them in. As far as I'm concerned, magpul customer service aint so great. Seems like she was just trying to blow me off and get me to forget about it, or to deal with PK so she wouldn't have to hassle with it. FWIW. |
| Over the years, Magpul customer service has been a model of excellence. My experience with them lately has been as fantastic as always. However, not all items are in stock at all times. In cases like this, there's not much one can do but wait. I hope you guys get the items you want soon. |

Ive had no issues, and when I dropped a PMAG and it split they sent me 2 free ones within a day or two. But like all companies if something is out of stock you have to wait just like they do. That is why I appreciate companies who have active stock data on their websites so I dont put something on order that isnt going to be in for 2-3 months. |
| I have ordered straight from MAGPUL before and they did take a bit longer to ship than some others. As far as their customer service, I once had an issue with them that was handled better I could have ever asked for it to be. When it comes to Customer Service you can't beat MAGPUL and LaRue Tactical. |

That's why I order from a dealer who has the product in stock. Except for certain situations (LaRue or Noveske) I usually try to not order directly from the manufacture if they are a huge company. They are in the business of making the product and shipping it to distributors, not really shipping out a few orders here and there, but hey, that's just how I look at it. And you can usually save a few bucks. |
Same here. I had a non-product related problem recently and Richard F. took care of it immediately. He even went so far as to give me his cell# the expedite the process. So I rate Magpul customer service as Excellant +. |

When I did the mag body swap from 5/07 and 6/07 to 7/07 the service was pretty prompt. My first ten pack of PMAG ranger plates had one that missed the last mold and didnt have the groove to slide on the magazine and was way softer than the finished ones. A few days later I got a email asking what color it was and indicating they would get one right out to me. Its hard to judge shipping prmptness where I'm at right now, we'll see. I never order direct from magpul, I always order from Denny (global tactical supply) because he has first rate customer service. |

As we have grown handleing customer service has grown more complex. We are planning a more dynamic web ordering and customer managment system this year. Everyday we adjust orders to get a good mix of dealer and individual orders out. Out of stock items are something we are always dealing with sometimes it is better to called around and confirm if an item is in stock. If you have a problem that doesn't seem to be getting resolved you can always email me through this site. |
