This is my 1st post so be easy on me! I am getting my first AR15 and I'm looking at the Magpul MOE grip and the MOE +grip (rubber molded). Fron those who have used these, what are the ups and downs of each? I'm having trouble deciding even after I have held both. Thanks!

Grips are relatively inexpensive so you can always get a different one if you don't like it. I like the feel of the Magpul MOE+ rubberized grip. However get the one that has the more vertical angle k grip I think it is, you will like that. My favorite grip is the BCM gunfighter, it is a little thinner and makes it easier for me to reach the mag release. That is my favorite grip and I have both. Hope that helps. I like the feel of the BCM even though it is not rubberized, it's a great grip.

AR grips are like holsters: you'll go through some before deciding on what you like best.

On the up side, you can buy grips on the EE for decent savings. Sell the ones you don't
like.

A lot of personal preference is involved, so as mentioned earlier it's not expensive to experiment. I prefer the Magpul K2 for the more vertical angle but YMMV.

Everything is personal preference when it comes to pistol grips, both of those grips are perfectly fine.  Just keep in mind there's more out there than Magpul.  At this point my favorite is the Ergo Tactical Deluxe grip.  The BCM gunfighter Mod 3 is another one that I personally like.
