I searched for a little bit but didnt find anything, but is the Magpul Front MBUS able to be mounted to a gas block? or is it better suited to be mounted to a rail?

thats what i figured after looking at gas block sights and the MBUS. just wanted to be 100% sure. thanks.

It will melt if you put it on a gas block anyway. Instructions say not to do this for that reason.
