[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Magpul MBUS

I just received my MBUS that I ordered from the net, and the screw is not an allen head. It is a regular flat head screw, I have not seen this type of screw in any pictures of the sight, it is always the allen head. Is this normal or what?

They switched it. Normal. I have both. Depends on when it was made.

You have the new version. IIRC, they changed it because people were torquing the hex heads too far.
