| I have just finished building my first AR and have the Magpul MBUS front and rear. For the first time at the range at 25 yards I was consistantly high and right of center. I adjusted the rear sight and could not seem to bring my grouping to the left. I know I need to purchaes the A2 front sight tool to adjust the front, but am concerned about getting the grouping centered for now. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks..... |
I had the exact same problem with my rear MBUS with a standard fsb. I borrowed a friend's detachable carry handle from an M&P 15 and was able to center the windage with just 5 clicks to the left. When I got home I looked at the markings on the carry handle and the sight was dead center. I had used 18 clicks of left windage on my MBUS and it was still shooting right. I called Magpul and they are sending me a new sight, however they said they are backordered. Hope this helps!
