Will the Magpul CTR-M (Milspec) Stock fit the accessories (tube, spring etc.) on a M4 6 position stock or will I have to buy the Magpul stock plus the tube spring etc.??

If the tube is Milspec, then everything is standard. You should be able to pull of the old stock and put on the new Magpul. Tube stays how it is now.

Yep, all the hardware is the same, but you need to know what size tube you have.
