Just got it and put it on. I ran another 250 rounds today from a couple of positions and I like the grip. It feels a bit more normal than the old vertical grip I had and its easy to transition from strong side to weak side. My only complaint is it forces me to relocate the light to the passenger side of the gun instead of the bottom rail. I will say it was a good purchase for 39.00

Just installed it. First impressions are that this thing lives up to the Magpul reputation for quality. I'll have to say that the first time you grip with it, you do feel a bit odd, since you aren't used to having your wrist at that angle with most of the traditional grip methods.
But after gripping a few times, it begins to feel very natural (which of course was the intent of the design). I can't wait to shoot with it. I will say that the angle is clearly suited for a grip with your support arm much more extended (like most of the Magpul shooters do). When you bring the grip closer to the magwell of the rifle, the angle may be just a tad shallow. But, it is still more comfortable than either a magwell grip, typical VFG, or just gripping the carbine handguard. I took the A2 style finger rest out and went with the flat A1 pannel, as it hits right about where my wedding ring wants to be, and creats some discomfort. Those of you right handed shooters out there that wear your wedding ring (I realize not everyone does), may want to consider that as well. The other thing I noticed is that it is actually very comfortable if you put the grip more into your palm as you wrap your hand around the barrel as if you were going to take a traditional grip of a normal handguard. The added angle puts the wrist in a much more comfortable position. |

| I bought today from GDS Enterprises in Austin and took it to the ranch for a demo with friends. After shooting with it for a while, a thought came to me about trying it out mounted on the right side of my handguards and it felt better and I was shooting steadier with it installed that way. If you have one give it a try, for me it is exactly what I have been looking for. |
