Before I complete this purchase, just want to make sure the Matrix 9mm Colt lower is a reduced sized magwell, ala QC10 or Black Creek Precision. The pics appear to be so, but they don't have a pic with a colt mag inserted. Thanks in advance. |

It is a smaller magwell, just purchased one this month. It looks exactly like the Black Creek EF9 with different engraving. Fair warning, on both mine and one a friend got, we had to file down some surfaces on the feed ramp to get it to clear our New Frontier Armory modular 9mm bolts. The ramp is removable, making it easy to work on and replace if needed, but it was a bit of a pain. |
