Have had a McCormick drop in or order for months and just saw a post with March availability. Whats the real deal? Anyone have an availability estimate on the drop in JP trigger? |
| I ordered a trigger assembly through Midway, and it was on backorder for about 8 weeks. However, I have been extremely pleased with the assembly. Installation was easy and quick, and the trigger is a major improvement. You might try Midway or some other distributors in the event they have one in stock. Incidentally, I saved about $30 over the retail by ordering from Midway. |
| I was just on the Midway website and they show all four models of the McCormick as out of stock with estimated availability as 2/21/05. Sportsmans guide used to send me a notice every month saying it was delayed again but haven't heard from them recently. I guess what I am hearing here is McCormick has QC problems and they may or may not have a trigger in my lifetime and there is no estimate on the JP drop in availability |
