| I just bought 2 of these for a couple of my ar's 1 is a dpms and the other is an armalite. they both have the standard flash hiders on them. The gunsmith i took them to couldn't get them indexed at 3 and 9 o'clock. has anyone got a solution |
| Miculek comes with a lock nut, you should be able to time it easily.Personally I but a drop of BLUE thread lock on barrel threads after turning lock nut all the way down. Then screw comp all the way down against the nut backing it off till it is timed. Let it set overnight for thread lock to hold it in place then tighten nut up against it. Use BLUE so you can easily remove it if you decide to change it. It just holds the comp in place so you can turn lock nut up to it with wrench and it will never shoot loose but can be easily removed. |
