Is a heavier weight buffer recommended or advised for a midlength build? If so, which weight?

I use DPMS counterweight buffers with M16 carriers in all my 16" midlengths.

runs on any Buffer standard,H,H2,H3,9mm

its not recommended per say, but if it works' i'd use it; i use an H buffer

CAR std works well also
