Putting together an M4, flat-top reciever Sabre 16 in fluted SS mid-length with .750 gas seat.
I want a simple traditional front sight tower/gas block.
What do I need and where do I get one?

You will need a "F" marked front sight base, two tapers pins and someone to install it. It has to be drilled.  ADCO has a service you can buy it from them and they do the work.  Or if you want to do it locally you can buy the FSB through many sources.  Here is one at Bravo Company.

There are options for set screw or clamp on front sight bases.  They work, but are sometimes hard to find and not as strong as getting it pinned on properly.

The FSB and pinning is going to run about $120 last time I checked.

ETA:  Here is a set screw one.  It uses five screws; four on the sides and one under the sling mount.  I have one as a "back up" when I need to put something on a barrel temporarily.  That may be a good option if you are in a hurry until you decide.  If you order tell "Sherry" you need a "F" .750.
