Can anyone tell me what components the army uses for mounting its aimpoints on its M4s?

I have a gooseneck mount and a Comp M2 mount from aimpoint on my flattop (DPMS detachable carry handle), but the mount doesn't seem all that stable, nor can I use the Iron Sights with the Comp M2 mounted.

How does the military set up their M4s and Comp M2s?

Anybody have any suggestions as to a good way to the same end?

Almost every U.S. Army Aimpoint that I've seen uses the Aimpoint QRP railgrapper mount w/ 10556 spacer. Back up iron sights very from unit to unit, but from what I've noticed are normally Knights Armament 300m BUIS.
