Anyone know where I can score a mini y-comp? Used would be fine...

I'm trying to build the most annoying rifle of all times, just snagged a 7.5 upper and I want it to THUMP.

Yankee Hill is the actual manufacturer for that design. It was made for Bushmaster though. Don't think it is still in production.

Anything louder?

I cut the barrel off one of my uppers some time ago, it is louder than my fifty but the other day I was half beat to death when a couple collage punks on one side of me had a mini y comp. That sucker is way louder than anything I've ever owned with a 16 inch barrel at that!

Wonder how much louder the same comp would be on a 7.5?

No crap, I went deaf with that comp. There's got to be better.

I have one on a 11.5 inch pistol it is LOUD

We have a short range at work for shooting and testing and when i took it out and shot a few rounds someone came out of the office to see what i was shooting.

Truthfully? The older I get the more short fused and tempermental I get. This range is packed with kids fresh out of high school and I really cant stand most of these people.

My Wife had one. It was brutal, just brutal. Not sure if Bushmaster sells them separate. I never met anyone who wanted one.
