Decided to clean the CQBR after 1k rounds suppressed just to check the wear. No where near some of you guys (looking at you KRDT ).

I've gone 1000s before wiping anything down or thoroughly cleaning and even had 1 gas ring left over and still ran fine. Suppressed and unsuppressed . |

The Brownell's description was a bit disingenuous saying it was the same gas block currently issued to SOF or something like that. It is issued... on the URG-I. |

Took a gamble on 2 of these tonight. Used condition, we'll see what shows up and if they are the right ones.. If they are its a 2:1 deal versus buying new. I also ordered 2 of the Colt F/A non hot dog selector kits from Brownells. I'll have to do some filing when they arrive. It's time to swap safeties from the old brownells colt lowers.
