I have purchased a Model 1 Sales M4A3 16.5 in. upper in the Remington 6.8 SPC. The barrel is marked Remington 6.8 SPC and the upper is marked with the T series numbers. I used a RRA lower with a two stage trigger with a 4 position stock. I used a fixed 10X Super Sniper scope for load developement. I am loading with Remington 6.8 SPC cases, Hornady 110 grain V-Max bullets, Remington #9.5 primers, 26.2 grains of RL 10 X powder (Baseline data used from Zak's load data), and Hornady dies. I am shooting 1/2 MOA with this load, I did try a higher charge of powder and it shot 1/4 MOA, but started to cup primers. Due to the OAL being 2.285 I am using PRI 25 round mags with the new springs and Magpul followers. They had some trouble with the first mags shipped, since have corrected this problem. They went with a spring with an extra coil and the new Magpul follwers are polymer. Some people give MDL 1 Sales a hard time, but I also have a 221/300 (300 Whisper) and it gives me 1/4 MOA groups suppressed and 1/4 MOA groups with 110 grain Sierra Varminter loads. I have built several 5.56 guns for friends from Model 1 Sales kits, and no problems and accuracy is very good. So I feel that I can give the company a good review. You have to be careful of what you read on the net, some people just like to give a company crap just because they either paid too much or they are trying to be in the know and parrot what they read on the net. If I can be of help, just e-mail me. Good luck! It is a great round to work with and to shoot!   [10TH Mountain Division-Climb to Glory]
