Had a thread going on Model 1 Sales having issues with their credit card information getting leaked out, just wondering if this has been cleared up and if anyone has bought anything online with them recently?

I'll buy parts from them from time to time, but I always call it in. Their parts are of decent quality, but the customer service and shipping time is a joke. I only order from them when I'm building a rifle for a friend and they on a budget. I use Bushmaster, RRA, and BCM for my builds.

I have not enjoyed their customer service. I recommend you look elsewhere if possible.

I have experienced great customer service from them. If I was to order again from them (probably will eventually), I'd call it in.

Their shipping times are horrible. There are so many other comparable companies/vendors out there that will ship same day and get it to you within the week. They are a pretty small operation so its not really their fault, but I hate waiting... ;)

I would call any orders in and not trust their "secure server."

As for customer service, I have never had a problem with M1S going back 15 years.

I haven't done a LOT of business with them, but what business as I have done has been trouble free.

YMMV.

Some of us waited over a year to get stripped lowers, complete guns, and fucking parts two years ago. And that was from Rock River, Bushmaster and the other big companies.

I've had my info jacked twice from them over two years. One week after Model One purchase both times. Horse-shit.

But the product was great. No Complaints.

I have had nothing but great experiences with them, great customer service, fast ships times and have been totally satisfied with what I've ordered. First I ordered one of their shorty buttstocks, I screwed up the buffer tube by forcing the screw and messed up the threads, I called them and told them it was my fault, shipped the tube/screw back and got a new one no questions asked.
I ordered their Gov't profile 20" rifle kit and had it at my house within a week.
I will definitely order from them again.
