Just ordered a new DPMS AP4 .308.  I am thinking of mounting a low power (1-4x, 2-7x) scope on it.  With a permanent front sight assembly, I was wondering if anyone has any wisdom they can share on a mount/ring assembly which would work...Thanks!

Armalite has a nice one piece scope mount for $89.  Larue has one that is twice as cool for twice as much.
