Finishing first build, 5.56 plinker, and decided on a PA 1x4x24 scope.

Does anyone have any hands on experience with the PA deluxe extended scope mount?

I heard they have a tendancy to flex and become loose at the base with repeated shooting.

Any suggestions on a mount similar to it in that price range?

I would think a one piece mount would be stronger than separate rings.

I have their regular mount on my .300blk and have no issues at all.  If you are worried about it coming loose, just use a little blue locktight.
