Anyone had experience with the company? Thinking of buying an optic from them and curious as to their customer service, shipping speed, ect....

A++++ in my book.
I bought a AP Customs handguard from them that turned out to be a total POS. I managed to get in contact with AP customs to send it back, but then they disappeared. I had assumed I had just lost out on $275. I called Mounts Plus to see if they could get a hold of them, and they were through their supplier channels. They issued a refund to me and took over handling the return from there. They went out of their way to get a hold of AP custom when they really didn't have to. 99% of retailers would have just told me to handle it with the manufacturer instead of stepping in like they did. I'm willing to pay a little more for an item from them after this experience for the added CS. |
