I just ordered a POF 14.5" M4 style gas piston upper. It should be arriving tomorrow. I also ordered an LWRC M6A2 with a 14.5" barrel, but the wait is around 14 weeks. If you have the upper with M4 handguards (LWRC or POF), are there any rail systems that you have added to make the upper more versatile/practical? Knowing what you know now, was it worth the extra money? Is the reliability all that it's cracked up to be? What types of sights did you choose...specifically for the gas block? Thanks fellas. Bud |
