yes, the new ones have sort of altered the box shape
PK firearms had a pic of the new ones but they seem to be out of stock now.

Top image is the new style Forged receiver with the Canted angle on the Forward Assist

Bottom image is the older style Forged receiver with the original Forward Assist

I personally like the older style aesthetics wise cause it provides a larger canvas for the sword logo (purely a cosmetic reason) I'm guessing the changed it so there wasn't a sharp corner to get snagged or something.

Both style forged receiver weight 284 grams

The Billet weighs about 270 grams plus or minus (mine is already built so I couldn't weight it again to get the exact weight.
