First let me apologize for the pic quality...I lack both the equipment and talent to do better. 
I've been wanting an AR hunting rig for years now, and I finally have it. This is an LMT 308 MWS with a Trijicon TR22-2. First, the elephant in the room...yep, she's heavy. I understand that I can put together a lighter package in 6.8 or 6.5, but I'm pretty much married to .308. Also, this is my second MWS, my other one is set up with an ACOG, and they're just flat out fine rifles. Some say that Knights are better for 2k more, but I guess I'm just easy to please because the LMTs do absolutely everything I want them to do. The glass is bright and clear. I'm expecting extra hunting minutes in the AM and PM. I've been hunting with a plane jane Remington 700 with a Burris Fullfield II...no complaints and lots of kills but this one should extend my hunting time. This rifle will be used for roaming the woods (1-2 mile walks) and in ground blinds. We have plenty of deer, pigs, and coyotes...this one should do for all. Come on cooler weather and fall!!!
