Hi All,

Here is my new Rock River Arms Elite A4 with custom handguard and Trijicon TA01 NSN Scope. I am off to the range tomorrow to dial it in. What do you think?

Looks good to me.

Of course I'm biased because I also finished my RRA 9mm carbine a couple weeks ago.

Your post reminded me of my first former AR which was a SP-1.

nice mid you have there! Nothing looks cooler on an AR than an ACOG, IMHO.

The ACOG is a really, really nice optic. Once you've looked through an ACOG, alot of other optics, even larger, bulkier optics, will seem like crap by comparison. The optical clarity is that excellent. As for whether it is "worth it" for plinking, that depends on what you mean and what your finances are like. I'd say its definitely worth it if you ever find yourself in a position where someone else is "plinking" back at you!
