Okay guys how'd I do so far? M4 kit from Del-Ton. Rock River lower from Lone Star Wholesale. Went together in about an hour. That front detent pin is a bitch! Added a Surefire G2 and mount and a VFG and cheapo carry handle. I'll plan to move the light to the sight tower and get a riser mount for an old BSA red dot that I have until the EOTech fairy smiles on me. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c314/smithje3/MyM4.jpg Oh and by the way...thanks to all you folks. After I buy a truck im thinking about ordering one of those for my first AR. How much was it? Hows it shoot? Range report please, im very interested as thats the same weapon im looking into getting. The only thing I can think of that I'd change would be flip up back sight and EOtech/Aimpoint. I like the way your light sits under the weapon instead of sticking out the side, I also like the VFG. Are you satisfied with the weapon? |
