| I ordered mags from lan world and a few other places. Lan has charged my card, does that mean they are on the way? I have tried to contact them but I have gotten nothing. has this happened to anyone else? |

The better companies don't charge your card until the product is in process for shipment.
Some online companies have been charging credit cards without knowing if/when they are even going to be able to get the product. They are advertising on their websites that they have product on hand and take your money then never answer e-mails or phone calls for months. In these situations, you could find yourself in a situation where you wait too long to submit a complaint to your cc company - then you're SOL if the retailer doesn't deliver.
