Finally got it ready for the range.  While I wait for the pmags to get here, I figured I'd show it off to you guys to see what you think.  I'd like to get an aimpoint soon but I want to get comfortable with the iron sights first.

Looks like someone has been paying attention.  That's a very nice first rifle.  You've gone with quality simplicity instead of quantity of crap, which is refreshing.

Thanks man, that's what I was going for.  And I did read A LOT of threads and reviews from the more senior guys on here when making my decisions.  This site is a godsend for someone new to AR's.

Blemished BCM from G & R Tactical. Good experience with them as well as ADCO Firearms who installed the handguard and compensator.

Very nice man!  Good call on getting good with the irons first.  You know what  like best about your rifle, besides quality parts and simplicity?....... NO ZOMBIE BULLSHIT!  Seriously nice job bud, let us know how it shoots.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the critiques.  I'll bring any questions or concerns about my trip to the range back to the forum.
