I am so excited I finally got my first AR-15!!!!  Here

What do you guys think I should do as far as upgrades?

Buy 500 rnds of ammo and learn to shoot it before you worry about "upgrades."  If you MUST add toys to it, consider adding a 2 stage trigger.  Also, consider adding an A2 stock.  Though they don't look as tacticool as the collapsible stocks they are easier to shoot with.  Once you become proficient with hitting your target, you can start fooling around with rails, lights, sights and whatnot.  Also, get yourself plenty of 30 rnd mags.  You can't have too many.  I buy them from a local pawnshop for $7 a piece and upgrade the springs and followers (if needed).  Good luck and happy shooting.

It looked like an Armalite for a second. Nice rifle none the less!

The pic is on geocities, so I do not know how long it will be up from time to time.  But it is a pic of my new Out-of-the-box AR-15 in it's case.
