The begining anyway.
I was at a gun show yesterday and I came across two spike's tactical stripped lowers, I had been thinking about doing a build for over a year now and figured it was time to start. I decided to buy a complete upper for one and for the other I will put together the upper. I ordered a spike's tactical lower parts kit and a cmmg lower parts kit, being a southpaw they will both be lefty builds. I know I know pics, here you go. the build has begun, I added paint to the spikes lower on the top, this is how far i've gotten with the lower so far

| I live within 8 miles of Spikes and they have been out of stripped lowers for quite a few weeks. they posted on their site they are trying to get anonther manufacturer lined up. I am pretty sure they use LAR Grizzly? so anyhow my Del-ton upper came in and I am waiting on a lower. |

Lowers almost complete:
The one on top will be a dedicated Lefty .22lr with CMMG lpk installed The one on the bottom will be built as a Lefty 223/556 with spikes tactical lpk installed Added Magpul MOE trigger guards ACE fixed skeleton stock installed on the soon to be .22lr http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/3483/dscf1755f.jpg |
