So first off this rifle will be primarily used for coyote control and other varmints.  So it needs to be accurate out to 400-500 yards ideally outside of that I have my Remington 700.  In addition to this I would like to be able to take it to the local tactical course.

So far it's looking as follows:
Rainier arms stripped upper
Rainier phosphate BCG
Rainier raptor charging handle
JP LPK Minus Trigger Assembly
Geissele G2S trigger
DD LPGB
Midwest 12" FF quad rail
Magpul CTR stock as well as all other furniture
AAC 5.56MM Brakeout 51T Compensator
DD 18" 5.56mm Mid-length Barrel 1/8 twist (this I'm still debating about as I would proffer the rainier arms 18" medcon but they can't even give me an ETA on when they'll have them in again, any suggestions would be great trying to stay under $350)
I haven't decided on a lower yet any advise would be great please stay under $175

Optics are a whole other boat and I'm currently saving up for a separate budget for them right now I'm thinking just a magpul BUIS, then maybe a vortex viper, ACOG or Aimpoint PRO
Any advise would be great trying to get this build done in the next 3 months when coyotes to start picking up

PSA, Aero Precision, Spikes.  All good lowers for the price tag.

I'd recommend getting the blemished Aero Precision lower. They still have their free shipping special, so you could get a lower shipped to your FFL for $75 and save some money for your optic. They're great lowers for the money. The three I have bought have been in mint condition.

check out black hole weaponry for a barrel. they make some of rainiers select series if i'm not mistaken. most have the same exact specs.  I have an 18"  from BHW on my 308 and it's very accurate.

I'd try to get a lighter hand guard as well. if you plan on doing any type of competition with the rifle. may want to have BHW turn down or dimple/fluting to get some weight off the nose of the rifle.

Thank you all for your excellent advice and feed back.  I decided to go with a  18" 5.56 Standard Profile Mid Length Gas System .750 Gas Block - 1x8 Twist from  Black hole weaponry and I found a spikes lower on gunbroker for under $95 shipped.  I will update this thread with pics and updates as I get further along in the build.

If you want to be able to kill a yote anywhere outside of 300 yards you had better have way more magnification than am aimpoint pro. I would be thinking at least a 10x scope if not an 18 to 20 and hope like hell the wind isn't blowing that day.
