I just finished my first AR build today. A M4 clone in all of its NO BAN glory! Its a Model 1 Sales M4 kit with a permanently attached Phantom flash hider and 6 position stock on a Stag forged lower. Arms low flip up rear sight and Eotech Holosight. Everything went together great and Walt's book was a big help, Thanks Walt! http://www.ramairfreight.com/jon/M4/Tools.jpg The only problem I ran into during the build was installing that darn pivot pin detent and spring. After launching TWO sets of detents and springs into outer-space I went to ACE Hardware and bought a 15/64 brass door hinge pin and drilled a hole in it to make my own pivot pin detent install tool.
