I have to say, "I like it!!"

I think that's a Japanese optic.

It's an inexpensive AIM "red-dot."  I really wanted to spring for the EOTech holographic, but the wife was already pretty unhappy about the money I'd put into the gun.  I was able to snag that one for about $50 on Amazon. It has four different reticules with three different brightness settings that can be either red or green.

Actually, you're right.  It's not a Magpul stock.  I had three stocks lying in the floor of the "parts closet," and it's been so long since I put it together, I mistyped when I wrote up the description.  After reading your reply this morning, I looked: The Magpul stock is still there.  I'm not sure where I got that one.  Sorry for the misinformation.

How well does it function?  Think it'll hold you over until you can score the EOTech?

I put the same Aim Sport Red Dot 4-03 on my boys ARs.  They works pretty good for $50.  If they beat or bang the thing and the lights go out, I send it back to the factory since it has a limited lifetime warranty.  If not, go buy a new one.  That is a 2 MOA dot BTW, so fairly GTG.
