[ARCHIVED THREAD] - My first build--Need some help

Hello,
I am in the process of my first "build". Pretty much I am going to buy a complete upper(flat top) and then a stripped lower. I am on a tight budget. I came across SAA I was wondering if anyone has experience with these (link below)? How is the quality? Any other options for the same price range? Again I would like a flat top.

If you check out palmettostatearmory.com they have some uppers pretty cheap, right now a 16" mid length for 299 with bolt carrier group and charging handle, its not top of the line but seems to be a good price for a plinker if thats what your looking for
