Hello everyone, first time poster long time reader! This is my first AR lower build/gun build in general. I'm a long time handgun user and have never had a rifle. My father and brother both have AR's and my father came across a hell of a deal on a selection of AR lower receivers and I decided I might as well give it a shot on building one. Everything came together fairly well, basically only had hand tools for the whole thing, no vise or anything. I don't know when this will be a finished gun, but for now its been pretty fun.
Here's the parts list for everyone: Aero Precision receiver Daniel Defense parts kit BCM MOD 3 grip with the trigger guard extension cut off BCM Mil-spec buffer tube with H1 buffer Troy Industries ambidextrous bolt release KNS Mod 2 non-rotating pins in FDE Battle Arms Badass ambidextrous safety with small crank switches in FDE Hogue buttstock Magpul Pmag in FDE Down the line I plan on a nicer trigger, but for now I'm happy with it.
