My next build is in the planning stages right now. I think I finally got the major parts chosen but would like some opinions.

Seekins Ambi Billet Lower

Gibbz G4 Upper (http://www.gibbzarms.com/g4-upper-receiver.html) I still have to email them to make sure it's compatible with the piston setup.

Adams Arms XLP Piston Conversion w/ low mass carrier

Geiselle Rail

Barrel.... This is where I'm kinda lost. I'm trying to find someone that makes a NICE, spiral fluted, black (not stainless) barrel. Any thoughts? I've seen the Dez Arms one but I'm not sure of the quality. Links to some reputable custom barrel makers would be nice.

This is not a "I want it right now" build. So I'm fine with waiting a while for certain parts.

I like that upper I'd like to know how well it looks on the Seekins lower. I like my Seekins upper because of the way the rail attaches to it and not the the nut but I love forward charging handles too.

It can't cost too much to have the barrel cerakoted black.

That is what I plan to do since many barrels are stainless and don't come in black.

Well this build turned into two builds pretty quick lol. I ordered two Seekins lowers, the Gibbz G4 upper, and an ARAK-21 upper. The ARAK looks so damn good I just couldn't help myself!

I've decided to go with Timney drop in triggers for both of them. I have a CMC in another build and like it but want to try a competitor. Not sure whether to go with the 3lb or 4lb though. Suggestions?

Still trying to decide on a barrel for the Gibbz upper though. I saw a lot of nice barrels on Rainier Arms and was thinking I could get their spiral flute barrel in stainless and have it duracoated but only the end is fluted. So there's still a lot of excess weight. I know most of you will say "who gives a f**k" but I'm trying to make this rig pretty light. Like brad said I could get a HBAR and have someone flute it. I'm gonna email Rainier and see if they can do that to one of their barrels for me I guess.
