So I just picked up a BCM SAMR 20" barrel and its a beauty. I was just going to rebarrel a 16" upper but Ive decided on just building a new rifle all together.

Heres what Im decided on so far
-Mega Arms Billet upper and lower combo
-SSA E
-LaRue APEG
-SureFire Flash Hider with a can
-Rainer Arms National Match BCG
-Noveske NSR 16.7"

I still am looking into a stock, was going to go with either a UBR, CTR with a LaRue RISR, or a standard fixed A2 stock. Any suggestions? Weight isn't critical but I don't want a 15lb rifle either.

Hold off on the RISR until you know you need it.  I tried one on a Recce I have and it has too high for me.

Part list looks good, only thing I would add is an adjustable gas block.

I have that barrel and it's a 200 yard tack driver with good ammo.  Heavy mf'r though.

This!
I have the fluted version and it is still a heavy mofo. The PRS stock doesn't help either.
Good luck with your build, you'll like this barrel.

If you use an A2 stock you can stuff a few pounds of lead into it to balance the beast.

Also, the PRS stock helps with this. It's kinda heavy too.
