Man I almost cried yesterday, I dropped my TA44-2 and cracked the rear lens I was walking from the garage back into the house to take some pics and my hand hit the door which knocked the scope out of my hand and the poor baby hit my brick wall then fell onto the floor.

Needless to say I knew something was wrong before I picked it up just from the sound it made. But you know, it still works just fine. It even has some concrete embedded into the lens and the damn thing still works great. I remounted it on my rifle to see if the POA was still on and it was. These little bastards are tough.

The good news is I called the factory and they said no problem these things happen, send it in and we will fix it at NO COST. WOOHOO. But wait, it gets even better. I asked how long would I have to wait? I was guessing 2 to 3 months right?  She says nope 3 weeks.

God I love that company, they are the best.

... This is just one more reason why Trijicon can continue counting on my business.

Good news Boom! [:D]

I'm especially glad to hear it was still useable after a hard impact. I can't quite bring myself to heave my equipment on concrete to see how tough it REALLY is.

Now if some of you new&improved TX30 owners would be as considerate as Boom....

We had a customer just received a TA31 from us, and the same thing.  We had him send it back to us, and we sent him out a new one so he would not be down with out one.  We sent it back to Trijicon and three weeks later it was in our hands.

Can you please post of photo of it before you send it in for repair?   I have a collection of broken AR parts/accessories from arfcom that hopefully will be thumb-posted here someday.

Thanks

Great.  I had my spending under control.  A custom 1911 on the way and I was finished (for a while) spending money on guns.  Sure I wanted a trijicon acog but I couldn't justify it. It wasn't even on the back burner.  You are what therapists call an enabler.  Now I have it on the to do list.  What do you have to say for yourself?  Are you happy?  Just @#&*%'in great.

On the bottom center, it has a white spot, that is embedded concrete and there is a big chip along the top right and bottom right.
