| So I ordered a case of Blazer 45 ACP from Natchez just because they were the cheapest I could find. Well, with the internet order, I asked that they include a catalog in the box. They way it was packaged, you couldn't easily tell that there were only 19 boxes instead of the 20 I paid for. So, I thought I was out of luck. "sure pal, you were shorted one box" was the response I was expecting when I called. To my surprise, they explained that it sometimes happens, appologized and offered to refund the price of the one box and shipping or to send me another box. So, not only are their prices decent conpaired to many other online places, their customer service is top notch. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. |

No issues with orders... two thumbs up... I have ordered from others before I placed my first order with Natchez and still no tracking and no word on when I will recieve my order yet the CC has been hit.. One wont respond to emails... |
| Have ordered a ton of stuff from Natchez in the past, but not so much anymore, due to a siginficant spike in their pricing. Their packaging has sucked for me historically, with about 50% of my 20 or so orders either missing stuff or having ammo bounce around inside the box due to poor packing. They have always made good on it, but Wideners and Midway seem to take more care in getting the box and its contents to my house in one piece. |

| They sent me CCI Mini-Mags instead of CCI Standard. I expected an arguement and a confrontational response when calling customer service. I got just the opposite. They apologized, made me a heck of a deal on the Mini-Mags and sent the CCI Standard. I also am getting the Guns & Ammo magazine. I will do business with them again. A+ customer service. |
| Customer for many moons! Top notch. Never had an error in more than 50 transactions. Free Guns and Ammo mag also. Waiting for a special right now to bring in the new year. Ammo, scopes, knives and shooting supplies. Not the cheapest but never a problem to date. |

Their web site is crap. I can't view past orders and their account management is a joke.
Their ammo prices are usually good (I ordered $1000 worth of handgun ammo from them yesterday), but they get you on shipping. They charge at least the full retail shipping rate, which is not a great deal for us. UPS gives discounts to large shippers, so it's clear shipping is a profit center for them. |
