hey guys, i just got a second hand trijicon ACOG 1.5x24 (compact) its mounted on a carry handle for the m16/ar15 family of rifles. so my question is how do you get the sight off the dam handle, i know you need to use a allen wrench but i cant find one anywhere thats the right size... do i have to send this in to trijicon or can i buy the wrench from them... any info would help.... thanks, sigxo45 |

I have never checked to see what my allen wrench is..metric or standard. A trip to a local auto part store or Sears and you can buy what you need. A auto part store would be more understanding if you brought in the upper asm to try to find the correct allen wrench. May have to cut the wrench down to get it to fit ok, again a local auto parts store may do this for you if you go in with the right attitude. |
