Need Help identifying a free float rail. > Rifles, Uppers, Lowers, Barrels, and more

I need help Identifying this rail. Its a 12 inch free float that I got when I did a 1-for-1 upper swap. It is a bit larger in diameter than any other rail I've used or felt. There are no markings for me to look at so I have no idea.
The plus side is it fits over a tri-rail gas block.

Smith and Wesson 5.56 MOE upper. I had the Illumination kit installed with a Surefire Z-2 Combat light and a pressure switch. The guy I traded had no idea what he had and was actually hesitant to actually do the swap.
