[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need Some Help Finding some Parts

Hey all,

I'm trying to build my dad an AR for his birthday. I have most of the parts I need but I am missing a few that seem out of stock right now. Does anyone know where I can find a decent upper parts kit, mid-length gas tube ans pin, and BCG and charging handle?

I've had pretty good luck with Model 1 sales. But that was before the current insanity. YMMV. Good luck!

Well, looks like I have found everything with the exception of a complete bolt carrier group. If anyone knows where I can find one I would be much appreciated. Or would you think to place a back order?

I guess no one wants to help a brother out with a location to buy a BCG or there really are non left in stock anywhere.

There are NO BCG's in stock....anywhere....period.

Either camp on BCM's website or backorder from multiple places and hope you order gets filled.

Yeah, I went on a mad dash to try and find in stock parts for upper, lower, etc.... for the forum I wasn't going to add all of them to inventory to make sure, but its options if you never shopped there.

I lucked out and grabbed a RGUNS nickle boron BCG from AIM. Sign up for the instock notices and act fast when you get one.

ive seen loads of BCG on ebay...i remember a member who has a butt load of bcg and said hes got them on ebay but there around 200-400 bucks

Try piecing a bolt carrier group from parts. I've seen each component in stock somewhere in the last week or so, but you'll basically be ordering one part at a time.

rguns shows bcg's in stock right now, i ordered one earlier today. however, even in stock stuff is taking weeks to show up typically with the backlog of orders.

Don't forget Rguns has a $100 order cancelation fee, and hasn't been very candid about if bcg's are really in stock or not. I'm looking for one too. I've been looking since the 24th and I haven't had any luck...
