Need help deciding on a new trigger. I am looking @ the RRA 2 stage nm and the jard.
Want to stay under 200 bucks, what do you all think? Any help would be much appreciated....

The RRA NM 2stage is an excellent trigger for the money. I have them in all my AR's including my AR pistol. You won't believe the difference it makes compared to the stock factory single stage.

You can also send your existing trigger away to Bill Sprinfield (search for his info on here or google) and he can tune it to a very nice single-stage pull.  It will save you a pile of money too...

Sending to Bill is a good suggestion.  I do not have one of his triggers, but, upon reading the reviews, everyone had something good to say.

I use RRA two stage triggers.  I have stopped using them though, because they started to become gritty and were inconsistent with trigger pull.  The last two I installed, I spent 45 minutes, on each trigger, to get the parts and surfaces clean enough.  I was not impressed.  These triggers can be tuned though, and tuned the in a very similar manner as the Garand and M1A triggers.  I dropped mine down to 3.5 pounds.

I have several Jard triggers: 1.5 pound.  I have both fixed and adjustable Jard triggers.  I prefer the adjustable trigger.  It is a bit more involved, but it breaks clean.  It breaks cleaner when polished.  The Jard non-adjustable (fixed) trigger is a very good single stage trigger.  The pull is not overly long, and with the 1.5 pound model, barely noticeable.  The Jard non-adjustable can be adjusted, but you need to have the proper fixture and stones.
