Agreed. I've just checked mine and they are indeed the only ones close to yours. |
Does NF still offer this reticle or has the NP-R2 taken its place? |

The NPR1 is the new one and the NPR2 is the older one. The NPR1 is much better in my opinion. The NPR1 looks like the NPR2 just broken down a little more. NPR2: 5moa across and 2moa down. NPR1: 2moa across and 1moa down. The NPR1 give you more holdover point for elevation and for wind. The 5moa in the NPR2 to me is useless. Nightforce doesn't even list the NP-R1 on their site yet, I'm glad you cleared this up. I was about to order one with the NP-R2 reticle and had no idea they had updated it. I've heard that the NP-R2 can wash out in bright sunlight, is the same true for the NP-R1? I figured if they updated the reticle they might have tried to correct that. |
