Total newbie question here. I cleaned my Bushmaster XM15 for the first time after just taking it out of the box. I should have read the directions better (and had a few less beers.) but I'm not sure if I reversed the direction of the Bore Brush. One thing I DO remember is that I only brushed it one time, after I swabbed it. Did I just totally mess up my new AR and will it explode? This has to be the stupidest of questions after the stupidest of mistakes

Thanks SO much for a quick reply. I figured as much, but many of the other warnings in the manual (DANGEGR! THE GUN WILL EXPLODE IF YOU DO THIS!!) made me think twice before I put something up to my face I wasn't sure us. Regardless of my drunken first field strip, I am a wary person... Cheers!
