I'm thinking of a new build. I'm leaning towards an IDFish build not a clone. The Fulton Armory C7 upper looks good but I am curious about the FSB. What would I need as far a height, I know I have to size the FSB to barrel diameter at the gas port but are the A1 and A2 FSBs the same thing or not? Does the C7 upper simply require an A1 FSB or something else? Thanks.

Thanks. 1) If at all possible, save yourself a headache (and some $$$) and buy the barrel with the FSB already pinned on. 2) Gas block journal dia for A1 (pencil) is .625" 3) Gas block journal dia for A2 is .750" 4) C7 being a later model is most likely .750" at the GB journal. |
