Took my AR xm177 clone out today and it had some issues, it would fire 1 round and eject it but not chamber the next one. I has a AIM nickle boron BCG in it  ammo was brown bear. I swaped  BCG out and ran a palmento  one  and it ran flawless. I put the nickle boron BCG in my ar pistol and it ran fine. Any ideas what the issue could have been?

Sounds like it's short stroking with the AIM BCG. Look for a loose gas key/bad gas rings on the AIM BCG. If that checks out OK, then try some different ammo to "break in" the AIM BCG. Brown Bear ammo, if it's anything like Wolf WPA ammo, is a little on the weak side which may contribute to the short stroking.

Pistols tend to be over-gassed anyways which is why it will run with the AIM BCG even if the gas key/rings are messed up.

Gas block, which would be the FSB on your rifle.
