So I have a opportunity to buy a AR for a very good price but it has a rattle can camo paint job covering EVERYTHING! Has anyone taken paint off there AR? You think I can maybe bead blast some of it? I have no idea.

Bead blasting it would take the original coating off too

Depends on the paint.  Krylon will come off with common solvents.

Epoxy (Duracoat, Alumahyde II) will require epoxy remover (such as aircraft stripper).

Gun Kote is supposedly immune to all solvents and must be blasted off.

Blasting will take the anodizing with it (bad).
