Want to place a light and VFG on my m4 without changing out the foregrip.

You'll need to add a 4.5" or 6" handguard accessory rail.  For both a v.grip & light you'd be better off with the 6" rail but if you want to offset the light then a 4.5" will do fine.

Thanks for the response, how sturdy is that thing?
I see your a dealer so could quote me on some prices, I would like an offset light and going to use it for mainly hunting. I bought a G2 but the damn thing stoped working, but the intensity on it seemed fine for what I need.
Thanks again

It'll be a sturdy setup as long as you use good equipment and install everything properly.  The h.guard rail will run anywhere from $14 - $30+ depending upon exactly which one you go with.  And for the offset mount, that can range $12 & up depending upon exactly what you choose.  The vertical grip is going to have to be a personal decision, there are many to choose from and prices generally range approx. $20 & up for the more dependable choices.

As for the G2, I sent you a couple of IM's in hopes we can discuss exactly what the problem is.

Thanks,
Calvin.
